He is a key team player in multi-disciplinary team focus on integrating geoscience, facilities and well engineering data to understand hydrocarbon reservoir performance and optimise the economic recovery of hydrocarbons. Intensive expertise in advanced, multi-disciplinary subsurface studies, field (re)development planning, history matching, expert in building Integrated Asset Models (IAM) using wide variety software which integrate all reservoir data. Have extensive expertise in simulation modelling of complex gas fields and oil fields in a variety of development stages.

Bahman is a multi-disciplinary Petroleum Engineer with a sound professional background. Strategist technical decision maker with over 35 years of hands-on combined experience in all aspects of the onshore/offshore up-stream oil and gas industry.
He has an extensive experience in onshore/ offshore drilling operation, well design, well completion design, workover operation, well intervention, well life cycle management, drilling rig rotative machinery/mechanical drilling tools/equipment, operating procedures, DST well testing, production test/optimization, artificial lift techniques, flow assurance, sand management and Process.
He has supervisory background in large scale field development and work-over projects from investment to production, expertise in heavy oil production technologies and the choice of completion/artificial lift technics for bringing heavy oil recovery within practical reach.
He has strong background on artificial lift (ESP/gas lift) R&D. Owner of patents along with numerous studies, presentations and SPE papers relating to artificial lift/ completion subjects. Continuous intensive work on research and development of alternative ESP deployment and new products.

Darrell is a highly experienced and Commercially focussed principal reservoir engineer with 27 years’ varied operating experience working on oil and gas fields in the UK North Sea and Internationally. Have worked extensively within the Operating and Joint-Venture environments and within consultancy roles at both technical, business development and managerial roles. Currently working as Petroleum Engineer for UKSNS tight gas developments.He has an engineering background with M.Eng in Chemical engineering and an M.Sc in Petroleum Engineering.
